GREENCROP: INTRODUCTION TO INHOUSE MANUFACTURING & ASSEMBLY

12 February 2026 News

Greencrop, a small family owned business based in the heart of Norfolk have been suppliers of clean water, dirty water and slurry equipment for over 20 years. The year round selling cycle is well balanced due to the all seasons product range, allowing an offering of on point all seasons service to their valued customers and dealers.

The advent of 2024, and being continued in 2025 has seen a shift in supply techniques for some of the Greencrop product range. In house assembly and manufacturing has been a long overdue necessity as costs of equipment and materials rise and the farming sector is ever more squeezed on cash resources. Greencrop and the team in Norfolk have began to manufacture slurry and effluent water PTO pumps which come with various outlet pipework arrangements and fully galvanised frames. The new Greencrop pump frame has a 2 part extendable chassis to accommodate different sized pumps and pallet fork inserts for safety when moving around the yard.

Greencrop offer Veneroni, DODA and Rovatti pumps for slurry and dirty water and the well proven Caprari pump for clean water; multiple variants available including 3 and 4 stage pumps on both DN80 and DN100 pipework for various delivery requirements.

The Greencrop dealer network is extensive and covers the complete UK in the slurry and clean water areas including Wales, the South West of England and the Northern areas of Scotland where vegetable production is prevalent.
As product specifications become more detailed, we anticipate an increase in customisation options within our product line. By maintaining in-house assembly, we ensure greater flexibility and a wider range of choices for the end user, all while maintaining efficient and timely delivery.
