Mounted Reelers

Greencrop Farmspread reelers are designed to take the hard work out of hose laying and retrieval. Developed over many years to give long and reliable operation, Greencrop reelers give you the features you need combined with heavy-duty construction and powerful hydraulic drive. All our reelers have an 8mm thick tubular centre so the hose wraps up tighter on the spool than a square centre, which help prevents cracking of the hose wall.

Mounted Reeler Standard Features:

• 1200m /1000m / 800m / 600m hose capacity 200m spools carrying 4” or 5” layflat hose
• Heavy duty construction
• Painted frame with CAT 2 linkage
• Hydraulic drive operated from tractor cab rear guide roller to prevent pipe twist
• Optional A frame mounting

Trailed Reelers

Greencrop trailed reelers are fully galvanised with round centre, comer gearbox drive, hydraulic brakes, toolbox, twin nip roller, 550X55R22.5 floatation’s, rear direction valve and rear drawbar as standard.

Front Mounted Reelers

Greencrop front mounted reelers are fully galvanised, round centre, new generation hydraulic motor, 1” chain and 3pt & standard female A frame coupling. 600m & 1000m

Drop Bobbin Reelers

Greencrop drop bobbin reelers are fully galvanised, round centre, new generation hydraulic motor, bobbin shafts are mechanical bearings enclosed in a housing for smooth running and uprated 3pt & standard fe-male A frame coupling. 800m & 1000m.

Combi Mounted Reelers

Greencrop combi mounted reelers are fully galvanised, round centre, new generation hydraulic motor, nip roller and uprated 3pt & standard female A frame coupling. 1000m & 1200m Other sizes of reelers on request.
