Slurry Vacuum Tankers

Greencrop tankers are quality British manufactured. The tanker barrels are rolled from high quality 6mm and 8mm steel plate.

Models range from 600 gallon up to 5000 gallon with single, tandem, tri axle and cutaway specifications. Special models are available on request.

All tankers incorporate a full-length chassis for added strength and are ideal for mounting dribble bars, slitters and injectors.

Single axle tankers, 1500 gallon and above are fitted with a sprung drawbar and swivel hitch as standard.

All steel used is to EN.BS.10025 standard and operates B.S.5750 part 2 (ISO 9002) quality assurance system.

The tankers offer high-quality vacuum pumps with remote manual operation or optional hydraulic changeover and a PTO or hydraulic drive. A sprung drawbar is fitted to larger tankers to eliminate shock loads, therefore reducing stress on the operator and wear on both tractor and tanker. Swivel hitches are fitted to the tankers to reduce wear on both the tractor hook and the tanker eye, it also eliminates the risk of combined rollover i.e. the tanker is independent from the tractor.

A full-length chassis, a side fill point with 2” wash down tap and a wide choice of wheels are available, as well as a spare oil carrier and twin pressure and suction protection valves.

The dish ends are overlapped inside the barrel (not but welded) to give extra strength.

The tankers have full road lights and a braking system. Quick-release couplings are fitted as standard to all manual valves for quick clean and easy attachment of the suction hose, along with a low-level splash spreader plate.
